Warranty / Returns

Plain Language Warranty

If one of our products fails to work like it is supposed to during the warranty period, we will fix it or replace it (our choice) at no charge. The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear, or misuse of the product.

If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part for free. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will have to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and return shipping.

Returns
We don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase. Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund but a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the refund. Shipping is not refundable.

Warranty lengths:

2010 Pitching machines - 5 year residential / 1 year commercial.**

2009 Pitching machines - 2 year residential / 1 year commercial

Autofeeders - 2 year residential / 1 year commercial

**Warranty is prorated on motors and wheels for 2010 pitching machines. For example, if a wheel only lasts 3 years (60% of rated life) we will give you discount of 40% on a replacement wheel.
