	We used the Spinball Wizard pitching machine at the St. Louis MSBL open tryout for the 2012 season and it was a tremendous help. With nearly 100 players trying out at once, we needed to keep things moving, so we used the machine for infield, outfield and hitting. Nobody wants to hit 500 fungos by hand and using the machine was not only faster, it also gave us better results. Batting practice was strike after strike, so everyone got a chance to show what they could do. I was skeptical about buying a pitching machine that I had never heard of. I did a lot of research on Spinball, to include a personal phone call, before I decided to take a chance and I am very happy with my purchase. The pitching machine is everything and more than the testimonials I read on the website. But, the most amazing part of this purchase is; I received the best customer support I have EVER experienced. My Spinball Combo was slightly damaged during shipping. I was hesitant to call because the machine worked fine and I didn’t want to explain the problem with 10 different people. I was shocked when, without any hesitation, the first person I spoke to (Steve) apologized, thanked me for calling and informed me that another machine would be shipped by the end of the day. A half hour later, Dennis called me to apologize again and to let me know that I can use the damaged machine until my replacement arrived. Dennis gave me his personal cell phone number and arranged for the damaged machine to be picked up at my work. The replacement machine arrived two days later as promised. It’s a huge surprise to be able to talk to a real person these days, much less a real person that is empowered to solve your problem within minutes.
